Daniel Humm van Eleven Madison Park *** In New York, the Vegan MenuDriest Renchef Daniel Humm is not only the Talk of the Town after the corona period, but whether The Entire World. After the Lockdowns, he opened his three -star restaurant Eleven Madison Park with a new, fully vegetable menu. He wanted to prove to the culinary world that the restaurant industry does not have to lean on animal ingredients and that dishes can also be top quality if they are made of vegetables. His culinary mission succeeded: he retained his three stars. People from all over the world came to taste his vegetable dishes - Food Inspiration also went to New York for this vegan triles experience.

But lately, Humm got more and more complaints from people who found that he excludes visitors with his menu. He would thus focus on only part of the guests, because most of the population still eats meat and fish. Large groups and business reservations in particular were not forthcoming, Humm told The New York Times. That is why the chef decided to add animal ingredients to the menu.
